Faulty Goods
These must be reported to us within 48 hours and are processed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty which will usually be supplied with the product.
Please note, any electrical fitting must be installed by a qualified electrician and all warranties requests will require evidence of such electrician.
In the unlikely event the product is faulty, and the fault cannot be rectified under the manufacture warranty we will offer a complete exchange or if we are unable to exchange for same or similar, we will offer a full refund.
Damaged Goods
This must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the products. Please ensure you open your package when it arrives to inspect carefully! Please e-mail clear images of the damage with a written description of the damage to info@thelightingagency.com.au
If the product is deemed damaged in transit, we will either repair (When relevant), arrange replacement components.
The Lighting Agency will only replace the damaged components that have been described via email with clear images of the damaged components. In no way will The Lighting Agency cover any trade call out fee or labour costs involved.
Change of Mind/Incorrect Order
We ask that you choose carefully as we don’t offer a refund if you change your mind or have ordered incorrectly. We ask that you check specifications carefully to enable you to choose the correct size, colour, and other specifications or if unsure contact us at info@thelightingagency.com.au for clarification.
At The Lighting Agency we carefully curate the best light fittings from all over the world. Therefore, we often order your lights from an international supplier, which is not stocked in Australia, so we cannot refund you if you simply change your mind.
Sale Items
Unless damaged or faulty these are final. Please choose carefully as under No circumstances will we accept or offer exchange or refund on a sale item.
